No. You must be able to perform a standard push up just like everyone else. It's not that hard if you work at it. I used to not be able to do one and now I can do over 50.

Do you think that if you are allowed to do the push ups on your knees because you are a female that you should make 50 cents less an hour than a man hired at the same date?

Since you didnt do equal things to get hired according to the women's movement you shouldnt get equal pay.

Isnt their motto equal work for equal pay, shouldnt it work both ways like when standards are lowered for women to qualify.

You will have to do it the old fashioned way...with your knees off the ground. I had to do it that way for physical agility. I think it's fair...if you work in an area such as that, you better be able to pull your own weight.

I don't want someone backing me up who had to meet a lower physical standard because of their gender.
