He certainly didn't come after you, so that is a good thing, but there are better laws that the police force could be enforcing than merely not coming to a complete stop at a stop sign. Everybody does it ;-)

Yes if he took down your plate number. And it will be regarded as a more serious offense too.

I guess its depending on whether or not he got your license plate number or not. If he did , you could get a ticket in the mail. But, I think he was flashing he lights for warning. Theyve done that to me several times for speeding.

Yes. If he got your plates. I doubt they would take the time though. Mailing a ticket involves clerical work, which someone has to be paid for, and postage, which has to be paid for. It is not cost effective. Traffic citations do not exist to keep people safe, they are a form of tax. If it was actually a crime then traffic court would be a fair trial and not a biased hearing where you are guilty until proven innocent. Judges are scum.

What's he going to do, remember how special you are and come and find you because this is all he has been able to think about since he saw you make that turn after he turned on his lights?
I wonder if he has been able to sleep at night knowing that you didn't make a full stop and he didn't get out and give you a ticket?
How about making full stops from now on and we can all rest.

No. A citation cannot be issued for "Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign" if not stopped by the police Citations are issued to the person. Difficult if not impossible to prove who was driving after the fact.
