You would be charged as a minor. You cannot be tried as an adult. However, I'd advise against punching anybody.
Violence solves nothing. If someone is bothering you, tell a teacher, a parent, or someone you trust.

Now, now, simmer down. You can get in trouble for sure and if you knock one of his teeth out, your parents will have to pay for all the bills, or if he gets hurt. Best to let it go, or do something sneekier and smarter to get back at him that yo won't be caught at, but don't harm his person, that's not okay. |

You can get in a lot of trouble and will regret it .Sometimes it is best to just walk away as it makes you a better person.You will have to go to court and your folks will have to pay a fine and you will be on probation and have a record of assault,It's just not worth it.Just ignore the kid and try to stay away from him if he is that bad that you want to punch him |
