I have no idea why you would want to walk around in a costume that is so nasty, but if you feel that is what you want to do then go for.
You will probably give many small children nightmares for a long time.
I don't think you will be arrested - are you thinking of doing this on your own or with a group of friends? Maybe you should wait until Halloween

How do you think small children in your community will react to your costume. And may I ask why would you want to do this? And yes you can possibly get arrested if you "disturb the peace or loiter" You might want to check will your local police station and check your local law. You never know what law someone can have you arrested on. There was a man arrested for swearing down a river while women and children were present. The law was very old like the 50s or maybe earlier than that I'm just not sure.. But in your case its better to be safe than sorry.

If you're really worried ask at a police station, because it depends. But generally they tend to crack down on people who go around in gangs in costumes etc

Yes, you can be arrested. You may not be in public with an altered appearance or hiding your appearance. Plus you could be arrested for causing a riot, disturbing the peace, making a terroristic threat, and a host of otehr basically bs things.

No, walking around looking like a fool is entirely within the law. Where I live, in fact, there are/have been a few characters that do this kind of thing regularly, and we miss them when they go away. We used to have "Dancing Man", who literally danced to his own music in public, all day long, every day, until he passed away. More recently, we've had "The Pink Man", who walks around our downtown, at a speed so slow that it's hard to match, dressed all in pink (mostly women's clothing, including a lovely parasol). He hasn't been around for a couple of weeks, so the newspaper has reported that many believe he is in the process of "reinventing himself".

Go for it, and have fun! I highly recommend that you have a friend join you, so that you can get some pics of people's reactions. ;)

im not scared easily, but that is pretty freaky. i think that some kids mums wont be too happy. i dont think you could get arrested, but if someone calls the police they might ask you to stop it, lol

Well if your under 16 the you can't even get a ticket. If you're over 16 you can't get arrested unless you start harassing people. I say go for it, I've done it.
