we had to move our cars at our apt complex so they could plow and we all have always parked on the street.. ive been doing it for 4 years and there were probly like 10 or 15 other cars still out there and i was the only one who got a ticket! it had something to do with winter parking.. like i wasnt supposed to be there after a certian time.. but ive never gotten a ticket in the winter leaving my car sit half ways through the day.. or EVER.. then suddenly i get one but no one else... this is my first parking ticket.. do you think they will wave it if i tell them what happened??

It's not worth it to fight a parking ticket. Your going to take a day off work to fight a $20 - $30 ticket. How much do you make a day. Ya I know principle.

nope...plus unless you have cooberating evidence its really a waste of time.
