i dumoed a close friend who got insecure and possessive and became a pest everytime i refused to give time.
after i dumped her. she still kept trying to get one more chance. i think she e-mailed me atleast 8 times the day i dumped her asking me to talk things out and why i decided to dump her. she also came to my place the day i dumped her and called 2-3 times, but i did not open the door.
then, a month later i got an apology letter. and just because i said thank you but i do not want to be friends, she again e-mailed me a few times saying if there is any chance and called me twice.

Get a restraining order at you local court. A judge will sign the papers and then they have to be served to your ex-girlfriend. Just go to the police department where your ex-girlfriend lives and tell them you have a restraining order you need to be served. They will serve it to her then put it into the computer in case she keeps harassing you. If she does, try to keep good records of dates/times for your case. I would change your e-mail address since it seems like that is the way she is contacting you.

If she uses the same computer report the harassing emails to your service provider they can block her isp from emailing you.
