Can i go to jail for this?

i have a drivers permit, and last week i took my moms mercedes out to chill. anyways, i hit some ladies car. we exchanged info and stuff, but i never told her i dont have a liscence. she called me, but i didnt pick up. to be honest, i am waiting for my mom to come back from england to let her deal with it. btw, i am a guy. very little alcohol was involved and i told the other lady that..fyi, she was very rude and made me cry.

i hit her cause i got a bit excited looking for my cell phone which was on the car floor. the accident happened near my home so i literally begged her not to get pigs involved. i am waiting for my mom cause i dont have any money. shes in england on business.

ps...my mom is really cool, infact she buys me drinks most of the time i ask and lends me money......

don't worry buddy, you're most likely under 18. juveniles can get away with a lot. take advantage while you can... LOL. just use that as a learning experience... the first step to becoming a better driver is admitting that you're a terrible driver.
in a moral aspect though... you should compensate for the damage somehow. that wasn't very nice. i'd be pissed if i was the lady you hit and i'd probably make you cry too.
if the cops didn't show up at the time of the accident they can't really do much. be prepared to hear it from your mom though once she sees the damage on her mercedes.

4. You were NOT paying attention to the road.

I WISH you would actually do time. Unfortunately, you are likely to get off with your MOMMY paying your fines and the damages to both vehicles and losing the right to TRY to get your license until age 21. I doubt that will actually stop you from driving.

First of all, it's great to hear your mom is that cool. Or in our eyes, that dumb if she doesnt seem to care what you do. You can get in alot of trouble for that.

1)Opeating under the influence of alcohol
2)Operating under the influence of alcohol as a juvenile
3)Failure to report accident by quickest means
4)Leaving the scene of a reportable accident
5)Operating without a license
6)Being a moron. I hope the cops do find out. Goes to show people how scary it is to drive. The fact you only have your permit and were drinking and driving regarldess of weather you were drunk or not shows you are not even close to maturing. The fact that you were looking for your cell phone when this happened show you are easily distracted and could potentially kill someone looking for your cell phone doing 80 down the highway.
