If someone has a Bench Warrant out for their arrest in one county, and they move to a different county will they still be able to go to school in that different county. Or can the police still find them?

if in the same state then yes, with no warning they will get you. in another state they will have to mail a cert, letter for you to sign and tell you to come in or they will go get you, unless that state dont coroperate with other state, there are about 5 of them states that are like that,,,, |

they can find you, it really depends on how bad they want you. of course if your school is in the same state all they have to do is look up your name on a data sheet and they have you but if it is for not appearing for something small they prob. wont even look for you but if you get pulled over for something and they run your name they got you. |

If you have warrants of any kind the police will find out sooner or later so going into another county will only make it worse, because the County Authorities where you got the warrant will request the help of the State Police, or if you go to another State the FBI. |
