ok so a while back i got arrested for harrashment but i never got convicted it was dropped because i never done it but i have a driving conviction which is spent conviction which i got when i was 17 i am now joining the british army but i was wornding when i leave the army do u think i get a change of geting a job as a police officer i was hoping to go for the met police i live in midlands but i want to move down to london to join the met police

thats one of the mean resons im going in the army to try to better myself and prove to them that im not a trouble maker

As long as you have a good service record in the Army you won't have a problem. Good luck, I wish more of the younger generation tried to improve themselves.

To add to the above answers it also helps if you leave the Army with a discipline and service record of Exemplary

You can. But just to be safe you might want to do some community service of serve in the army for awhile to really make them overlook the arrest.
