I live in Sacramento CA, and Have owned and operated a Gun Shop for over 15 years now. I live up stairs from the gun shop with my family. My 12 year old son was convected of arson 3 years ago and is now just getting off felony probation. Since he is a convicted felon, do I have to chose between my home and Job or having my son live with me? The only access to the home is threw the Gun shop. Is there any paper work we can file so that he can be around guns again or can I not pass the shop on to him in ten years.?

Even if this story was true there is no law in California or the US that restricts a convicted felon from living above or walking through a gun store.
9 year old arsonists do not get felony convictions. They do get sent for treatment or are held in detention if they are an immediate danger to themselves or others. Under California law anyone 10 or under is considered an infant and cannot be held responsible for such a crime.
Make the story better. Have him wet the bad and "experiment" on small animals. That way you can label him a potential serial killer.
