No. There is no rifling in a shotgun to mark up the pellets, as happens with a handgun or rifle bullet. Also the multiple pellets would deface whatever markings there were on the other pellets.

The police will search and forensically examine any ballistic materials left behind including buckshot, and this will be linked to other gun crimes and other evidence such as DNA, CCTV, Witnesses etc in order to build up a bigger picture.
Furthermore different velocity shotguns and makes spread buck shot differently, whilst different shotgun cartridges will use different buck shot and different patterns will also be identifiable in relation to distance and angle of fire.
Discarded shotgun cartridges could hold fingerprint or DNA
evidence, whilst ballistic analysis will also look to link similar buck shot and residue with other crimes. |

It would be next to impossible. The lab may be able to match up identical gun powder if there is residue on the buckshot. Also, what they can match up is the firing pin mark left on the primer of the shell case. |
