I'm from Osceola Arkansas and I was wondering can the city build a police station in the middle of government property?

Yes, if they want. Wouldn't it be a good idea to put a Police Station in the projects though? I'm from California, and we always have Police Stations in the hood...they're the safest place for miles! Your car will never get stolen from a Police Station parking lot!
