They can definitely bust into your home if they have a search warrant. There are other reasons they may be able to and still be protected under the law. |

If they have a warrant, then legally, yes they can. As long as they have that warrant, they can even take whatever they want to help prove whatever case they have against you. |

If they have a warrant, yes. If someone inside is screaming help or the place is on fire, etc. then yes. Otherwise, not really, no. |

If they have a warrant, OR if they believe that someone may be in danger inside, or if there is a flood, fire etc..they can break in for those reasons. |

Search warrant in hand, it's all good. They are not breaking the law, hope you're not either. |

Don't even try to go after them it is just a waste of time and only makes them just as mad at you. I'm sorry but cops get by with alot of things theys shouldn't |

Only if they have a warrant. If you aren't home and they don't have a warrant then there is no probable cause. If you can prove any of this in court you have a great law suit on your hands. |

Yes, armed with a search warrent, they can do that. |

Of course they can, they have large clubs to break out windows, and it is easier to break into a home if no one is there. |

umm i do believe that they can if they have a warrant. but i think it might also depend on what level they are at like city cops vs county cops vs state cops.
i could be wrong tho. |
