long as theres a warrent. YES

They can definitely bust into your home if they have a search warrant. There are other reasons they may be able to and still be protected under the law.

Yes as long as they have a warrant

Danelle
If they have a warrant, then legally, yes they can. As long as they have that warrant, they can even take whatever they want to help prove whatever case they have against you.

If they have a warrant, yes. If someone inside is screaming help or the place is on fire, etc. then yes. Otherwise, not really, no.

BaddaBoom
yes, if they have a search warrant..

If they have a warrant, OR if they believe that someone may be in danger inside, or if there is a flood, fire etc..they can break in for those reasons.

Search warrant in hand, it's all good. They are not breaking the law, hope you're not either.

jack
Don't even try to go after them it is just a waste of time and only makes them just as mad at you. I'm sorry but cops get by with alot of things theys shouldn't

Only if they have a warrant. If you aren't home and they don't have a warrant then there is no probable cause. If you can prove any of this in court you have a great law suit on your hands.

*****
Yes, armed with a search warrent, they can do that.

fr_chuck
Of course they can, they have large clubs to break out windows, and it is easier to break into a home if no one is there.

umm i do believe that they can if they have a warrant. but i think it might also depend on what level they are at like city cops vs county cops vs state cops.

i could be wrong tho.

Only if they have a search warrant.
