This needs legal handling. What they did was illegal and out of order. If no-one stands up to this almost legalised thuggery then it will become the norm wont it?
Its disgusting behaviour even if they had done something wrong. The police are there to enforce and uphold the law.
They should seek legal advice immediately. |

Nice how it takes five policemen to beat up two unarmed 14 year old boys. That's police brutality. |

What is noticeable on this section is how hostile the police apologists are when anyone like Lee peter above takes the police on at their own game.Ive lost 20points in with 2 questions regarding Margaret Thatchers thug bootboys;deleted by the trolls on this section who have loads of different names. What the 2 police posters above dont like is someone rocking the cosy little boat and speaking of their experiences with an out of control police force. |

No this is not lawful.
Go to the Police Complaints Commission, and they will investigate. You may not get anywhere but at least the bad coppers know you will not tolerate violence. Unless they are exaggerating a tad? |

Make a complaint to the IPCC. If what you say is true, especially the witnesses, there should be some compensation due. |

That's rich coming from someone who boasts in her answers that she breaks the law by refusing to buy a TV licence.
Based on your previous answer and this question I'm guessing that you are probably just a criminal troll who makes garbage like this up. |

OK so thats your side of the story, probably embelished somewhat!!!
The police don't just come crashing in and they certainly wouldn't beat up a 14 year old.
If they had come to the address to arrest someone then every opportunity would be gven for the person to open the door. If they decide not to then the police can lawfully force entry. There is no reason whatsoever for kickin the door in before several warnings were given. We only smash doors in on drugs warrants, etc, and only then for a good reason.
If two 14 year olds were resisted arrest arrested then the police can lawfully use reasonable force to effect those arrests. If that means physically getting hold of that person, and or holding them down and putting cuffs on them then so be it. The force has to be reasonable, but you take into account that they are only 14.
I think your 4 independant witnesses were probably not independant at all.
If they were mistreated then they should complain, although I suspect they were in the wrong. If you've done nothing wrong then you'd open the door and not resist the police. |

Sounds like u fell for the I DIDN'T do anything to cause the Big Bad Cops to beat me up. If its unjustified then sue and let the courts rule. My bet is you are telling only the version you want to believe and not the trurh. |

If this is all true then make a complaint to the Chief Constable and consult a solicitor, but it could be that you are not being given the full story as I presume that you were not present. |

What are those youth you talk about ? Angels ? Bratts ?
Maybe they are permanent hooligans and then, I go all heartedly with the police on this one.
Tell us of the kids first then we can judge if the police did wrong or good. |

Sounds a lot far fetched to me. The UK police are a whole lot more reserved than their counter parts in Canada and the USA. I mean really, they can't even carry guns!! It sounds an awful lot like the boys may have gotten the crap kicked out of them by a rival gang, and are making up this story to save face!!! |
