Can you appeal parole board decision in NJ? How?

BF got 14 months on 3 yr for vop from 1998, child endangerment cause of supposed beer cans and vodka bottles. the kids have been adopted 11 years ago!!!! Southern State parole board really gave him raw deal, no new arrest, no drugs, no alcohol convictions, what can we do, any suggestions? Please

i think the parole board decision is final. i would contact the doc /parole to inquire if its worth hiring a a lawyer. the state has legal help based on your income. contact superior court in your county ask for legal aid. you need to talk to a lawyer. if that fails start calling lawyers in the phonebook, they have free consultations to see if it is worth your time to pursue the legal aid they are very slow and it is hard to get help.
