It's pretty self explainitory, but I watched the Real World recently, and Tyree got arrested for it. Thank God I have never gotten arrested for the countless times I have done it, but my friends have recieved citations for it, but never taken into custody. I thought it was just a fine, and not jail time.
Is it different for all places? i.e. is it a local law that is different from city to city?

yes but when you gotta go you gotta go. My husband drives a truck for a living and sometimes there isn't anywhere to stop to go especially when he's had diarrhea so one time he pulled over and hung his butt over the guardrail and went a cop pulled up my husband told him not to come too close because he is really sick, the cop smelt it told him to hurry up and then the cop left him to finish his business. |
