My co-worker got a fine for this the other day.

I don't know anything about a code violation listed, but apparently the ladder had a crack in it and he got a fine.

the officer would have to put what offense it was on the ticket.. usually in a code form he can look up.
was is for painting the ladder or where he was painting the ladder or maybe he was naked painting the ladder. or was just for just painting the ladder?
