okay my boyfriends sister has a really bad drug problem and recently she took her moms debt card and they canceled it when they realized it was gone she ended up spending 600 dollars and her mom ended up owing money.. i was wondering is there any legal options the mother can take? shes 16

at this point they do want to press charges his sister is really into drugs and needs this kind of help! family doesnt steel from family!

Yes and I would ask the judge if he would put her into some kind of halfway house. Or you could give her a choice of paying you back and getting some kind of treatment. Sometime tough love is best. |

Yes she can press charges. It's the only way she can get her money back. My mom's boyfriend's son is a cocaine and heroin addict and he would fraudulently take out credit cards in his dad's name, and max them out on cash advances to buy drugs.
My mom's bf is stupid though because he's not pressing charges. That's the only way he can get out of having to pay that debt back is to press charges but he won't do it because it's his son. So he's stuck paying for his son's drugs.... WITH INTEREST
Edit: I'm with you... family doesn't steal from family. If that rule is broken then the family doesn't sue family rule goes out the window |
