Can you still have a bachlors degree but not complete all the credits required?

I wanna look into becoming a US marshall but i dont know if i need all 4 years of a bachlors degree.
Im planning on joining the Marines and being an MP but i wanna earn some college credit while im there too.
I dont know if i need just some college credits and Military experiance or everything combined.

For all fed law enforcement jobs you need a minimum of a bachelors degree from an accredited college/university (usually 112 to 120 semester hours). You can earn much of the credits if not all needed while serving. Be careful when signing up for web based schools, check to see if they are accredited by the North Central Association. You can do most of your classes on the web and attend in person on a very limited basis. Lots of guys do it.
Being a veteran helps. A more specialized MOS helps also. Get to know your congressman. Marshalls are the only Federal law enforcement service where politicians recommendations help.

You can't get a BS or BA without fulfilling all the academic requirements.

And you won't be a Marshall without a minimum of a BS.
