Okayy I kept calling this guyy. Then like 5 mins later this other guyy called me and said too stop and he was a cop. then I just kept calling the so called cop. then 2 weeks later the cop showed up and said I'm being charged for hassament wats the worse the court can do too me?

Why keep calling the guy anyway? What do you want from the guy that you keep calling him? DO YOU KNOW THE GUY you said you keep on calling? If yes then he should not be angry but the way you describe it, it doesn't indicate he knows you that well that is why HE SAID YOU STOP CALLING HIM and told you he was a cop. AND YOU KEEP ON CALLING STILL, I find it eccentric on your part to keep calling and guy WHO DOESN'T WANT YOU OR YOUR CALL. There is terribly something wrong with you!
AND THEN AFTER 2 WEEKS the guy showed up and told you that you are being charged for harassment. Let us definte the word "harassment". What is it? According to Wikipedia, it is Harassment refers to a wide spectrum of offensive behaviour. The term commonly refers to behaviour intended to be disturbing, and, when the term is used in a legal sense, it refers to behaviours which are found threatening or disturbing.
BUT YOUR BEHAVIOUR cannot be called harassment per se, or according to the law interpretation. If the guy said you are being charged then you have to wait for the court summoned for you to appear in court to answer the charges of harassment, then if none is presented to you within the week thereafter then you are just being bluffed to believe such charges exist. NEXT TIME DON'T DO PRANK CALLS ANYMORE, why keep on calling some guys if you donot know then or they do not know you. What is your problem? Just DO SOMETHING USEFUL IN THE HOUSE like washing clothes, washing windows, clean the oven or the toaster, clean the house...etc there are more useful things to do inside your home than keep on calling people over the telephone. |

On the actual charges, nothing. However, if you persist to irritate people in power, you will lose.
A cop, like most people, will use every resource available to make sure that you stop being a nuisancce.

smooth! ok 3 things
1. you probably will only get fined, and it probably wont be too much money
2. you can go to court first but i dont see how you would win
and
3. geeze noone knows about this (im 12 and everyone i know knows about this) if you put *67 (star 67) before the number it dosnt show up on caller ID. it shows up as privet caller and the person you call cant get your number, or call you back so your safe
