Charles Manson, what are your opinions on him? Death penalty?

He should have been executed years ago, but because of all the liberals.... that's another story. I wouldn't be surprised if California never sees another execution again. With all the appeals the criminals get, it's too expensive.

Why isn't he dead yet? He forfeited his life almost 40 years ago. He should have been six feet under by now. Here's why he is still alive...bleeding heart California liberals and a Federal Court that likes to legislate from the bench. Can we execute those judges with him? They're just as criminal.

Some one like Manson desires death, mean to the bone and could never change, I am against the death penalty in some cases but not with this one, nothing could ever be done to change his ways..

Sure I am against the Death Penalty but I will make and exception in his case. After ever thing he did as far as I am concerned then and cut off his b-------- and shove them up his azz...

He has no business on the streets - he will go and do the same thing again, who the heck would be so stupid as to turn that thing loose on the streets again, if they do they need their thing removed and shoved up their azz'z

The only people that are getting punished in this debacle of justice is Sharon Tate's family who sit in on the parole hearings to give a voice to the victims.
Manson is a prime example of playing the system he only committed the crimes after they abolished the death penalty knowing he would not be in jail forever he will try and try and eventually he will get out.
I always think that life in prison should mean exactly that when crime is committed if there is no death penalty they should be there for the term of their natural life see how many of them want the death penalty then if there is no hope of release.

Charles Manson was originally sentenced to death, It was commuted to life in the early 70's.

I would be happy to pull the leaver on the electric chair on him, but it isn't going to happen. He will never get out either. He is just plain crazy.

I was terrified by Manson's crimes. I'm no celebrity...but there are crazies out there who imitate what they see or read in the Media. I cannot judge another person to the extent of even WISHING for their death...but that he is even eligible for parole is a parody of justice. Eternal solitary confinement is too good for these monsters. They are inhuman.... not deserving of humane considerations. Sorry if that's harsh...but enough's enough.

Well, I am a big proponent of the death penalty. It has its place. But, Manson was never convicted of murder, and we have no evidence that he ever committed a murder himself. Thus, if we follow the law of our land, the most we can do to him is imprison him for life. No grounds for execution. Anyway, due to his legacy alone, he'll never be parolled. Don't worry about him. We've got plenty of psychos to worry about out here.
