Can constitution rights be waived as condition to acceptance or enrollment in alternative program? Such as 1st, 4th, 8th, and 14th amendment?

Yes it is usually stated in the plea agreement, that you waiver your rights to a jury trial etc and so on, by accepting a plea bargaining agreement of xxxxx.
Make sure that this is documented as fact and a paper signed to that effect. (Get one immediately before you leave court room/ (papers have been lost in the shuffle)
