I was going to let them loose in the park this summer with little notes inside them. But could i get charged with like, mass littering or something? lol

You can only do this legally if you have a keyboardist playing an Oberheim OB-Xa synthesizer and if you're protesting Cold War tensions. Since the Cold War is over and the OB-Xa is out of production, you might have some trouble with this.

well it depends.. according to the government and al gore, the helium could harm the environment and in turn cause global warming ..and instead of using red balloons the government suggests moving to green colored balloons since they help the environment...

so i think the bigger concern is global warming because of the helium... right??
