I got caught a second time selling drugs. The first time i got communtity service but i dont know what will happen this time. I am 15 can i go to prison?

What were you selling...if its just pot then more than likely you would not, but it all depends on the state you reside in and the disposition of the judge as well as recommendations from council. If you got caught a second time and your only 15 it's definitely time to reconsider your career choice. |

Second time? It's more likely. Juvy isn't much better than regular prison. What, exactly, is your problem? How about another line of business? Either you're going to end up going away for a long time or you're going to end up in the morgue. Neither of those is good. |

no you won't go to prison, but you may end up in Juvie. Now if you can afford a lawyer you may not go to Juvie. I wouldn't know all I could ever afford was a public defender, and everyone knows that people who can't afford a lawyer must be criminals. |
