Considering her other option is letting you do whatever you want without repercussions, being sent away is a definite possibility. I doubt jail would be an option at this point, but foster care or a group shelter is possible.

Trespassing is not likely, but being uncontrollable, or incorrigible, is a violation and can result in you being placed outside the home.

Even if you were to get arrested for it, which I doubt. You can't be locked up for using your parents computer.

Highly unlikely, BUT, if you have been in trouble in the past, she is certainly able to file a petition with whatever court handles delinquent minors in your county. Then it would be up to the court to decide what to do with you if you won't listen to your mom.

It sounds like a dumb reason for them to be mad at you, but they can fill a court petition full of stuff that exaggerates your defiant behavior, so if you've been sent away before, be careful. Play by their rules, even if they are stupid. You won't have to live with them forever.

it all depends. your history of wrongdoing, your attitude when you are being asked about it by police, and the da's wanting to take it to court or not.

No, you are a minor so you can not go to jail for getting onto a parent authorities computer. Also, because you live in the house and are a minor you can not get into trouble for trespassing because, your parents are legally responsible for you. Your parents can send you away to a boot camp or something if they feel that you are out of control. However, I think that it is unlikely that they will just because you were using something you were not supposed to. Most likely your mothers boyfriend was just trying to get a point across that you shouldn't be using things that don't belong to you with out asking.

Your mom's boyfriend is an @$$ and he's talking out his @$$. If you live there you can't be charged with trespassing, even if the bedroom is locked. The only way he could have you arrested is if you were doing something illegal with his computer, and in that case he'd have to come up with something the local D.A. would be willing to take to court. Don't sweat it. If he gives you the "boot camp or jail" crap again, call his bluff.

I dam hope you do get arrested. You don't have any respect for your parents. If you were my kid and you showed that much disrespect I would get you the f**** out of my house. If you are under there roof you adhere to there rules.
