to tow someone on a trike down hill while exeeding the speed limit and refusing to stop your powerfull 4x4 knowing the person in tow is totally helpless?

I would say the person on the trike was not using his smarts when he allowed himself to be towed. Next time he needs a tow, he should use someone more trust worthy. |

That depends, was the towing consensual? Did the person being towed want the driver to slow down? It is definitely illegal but I doubt it could be intimidation |

Not a pleasant thing to do if the person on the trike was unwilling to be towed.
