How do you figure 6-9 years ? it's common knowledge that every sentence is reduced by half immediately, so they will do 4 years and 6 months ! for torturing and butchering a kid ! OUTRAGEOUS !!! |

Good luck with your email, it is absolutely outrageous, surely after victoria climbe this sort of thing should not be happening anymore. I heard that the child was known to social services and had been placed back in their care, surely there must be an enquiry if thats the case. |

I read this story, and I believe she will be deported afterwards, so I suppose the sooner that happens the better - let's get her out of this country rather than pay for her food, bed, etc.
This is the most disgusting thing I've heard in a long time and it's the kind of story that makes me wish we still had capital punishment.
Ladymoonlight - the worst part is that the social services WERE involved, from what I read the poor boy was in foster care for a while, then they gave him back. The social workers involved in that decision should be tried for murder, too. |

this is obviously a case where the evidence left no room for any doubt as to there guilt................ this is where this country should reinstate the death penalty
what possible contribution could these ppl make to our or anyone population.
we will pay for them to be well kept in prison, get every day comforts, & we will still be paying for them years after they are released & every one has forgotten about them
i for one, & i can only speak for my self & around 25-30 ppl iv spoken about with this kinda thing would not care if they wer hung at dawn |

I'm not reading that link. Sorry but I have a 9 month old son myself , whom I love dearly, and it will just upset me and haunt me to read about a poor little child who was only a few months older than my son suffering like that.
What I want to know is where Social Services are when these things are happening? They waste time harrassing loving parents (who've often been reported to them just out of malice or by interfering neighbours etc) but when some evil piece of SCUM tortures and kills a baby they are usually nowhere to be found. Social Services are a joke.
9 years for such a horrible horrible crime is unspeakable. Life would not be punishment enough. I hope these b*stards get the crap kicked out of them every day in jail. There are people who cannot have children and would love to have adopted that little boy and given him a wonderful life.
Just out of interest what would their punishment have been in Pakistan? Death penalty I imagine.

The court that convicted this savage monster for torturing a baby to death may have had their hands tied by the laws of your land. One thing you can count on is that the monster will find no peace in whatever prison she is sent to. I have no doubt whatsoever the women she does her time with will torture and abuse her in ways we can hardly imagine. |

If a dog killed or maimed a child it would be put down although a dog does not have the same understanding of right and wrong that human murderers have.
I can't understand why we keep these monsters alive at enormous expense to ourselves.

When i first read this story i felt physically sick!
How can any human being do this to a child.
I find it so hard to believe that they could do that.
Per sonly i think they should be tortured them selfs to see what there child had been though.
I think there sentence is immoral. |

I cannot understand how supposedly civilised human beings can do this to a child.
The intentional infliction of that kind of suffering on a little one is beyond me. Surely this is a good argument for capital punishment and while I'm not overly in favour of it, sometimes the actions of others is beyond belief.
Perhaps it is time we accept some people do not behave in a way society dictates and treat them accordingly. It happens in the animal kingdom, why not by us. |
