MAN your man could smell like

There are approximately 5,000 reports of police misconduct (by civilians as complaints and whatnot) every year. There are 800,000 LEOs in the US, give or take. Even IF every single report was true (less than 10% will be), that's still less than .007% of all cops in the US. That number is insanely good. That's better than ANY profession you'll find. Cops aren't the ones you should be worried about.
