Let me see Bernie goes riding around on a train looking for trouble. he sees some guys who are causing a minor problem, not with him but with others. The others are not paying attention. Bernie takes his illegal gun and shoots at them hitting them and others who weren't rally involved other then being there.
Even the most liberal interpretation of his actions shows he might have been justified to shoot at one of the people, but he shot more.
He was not a guardian angel then but they are often just as bad as the bad guys they claim to protect people from. They are in it for self aggrandizement and a show of power on their own part. |
