Crime weirdly enough in Britain pays, the government have seen to this.
I used to work with ex cons and you would not believe what the government threw at them to keep them compliant, i have witnessed people been giving Dyson hoovers, TVs and PCs to get them on side with the system so in my experience they don't worry about getting caught, they laugh at it esp when free housing and goods like this are been thrown at them !! |
