Most of the time, criminals kill people... with knives, blunt instruments, poisons, with cars.... not just with guns. Does anyone know why the 2nd Amendment was written? To protect the populace from this government (which is now under the control of the super rich and powerful) to become a tyranny. Ask yourselves, why is it that most of the poor join the Armed Services yet the children of the rich and powerful, children of the elected officials do not? WE defend this Nation with our lives yet they send US to war... They're setting themselves up as a separate social class and we're letting them... careful... we need the 2nd Amendment! Make the connection now and don't wait until it's too late. Who or what is going to protect us from the government and/or the police if we feel they've become corrupt and oppressive?
Communist and oppressive countries ban the populace from owning guns... and every time another country bans the use of guns and/or rifles, their crime rates for murder, robbery, home invasions skyrocket almost overnight... ever wonder why?
Would someone invade a home if there was a possibility that the home owner had a shotgun or a rifle or a gun to protect his home and his family? Police ALWAYS come after the crimes have been perpetrated and the criminals don't exactly wait around for the authorities... right? |

My Peacemaker has never fired without me pulling the trigger. Considering people are killed by people using rocks, knives, plastic bags, bats, bare hands, cars, belts, socks. All these objects are inanimate objects. Newton's 1st law objects at rest remain at rest unless an outside force acts upon that object. |
