I am so tired of all these criminals asking questions on Y/A. You should not have any rights once you commit a crime, and should be breaking rocks for the rest of your life. Do you agree or disagree?

Actually, jaywalking is a city ordinance and is technically not a "crime". It falls under "civil traffic". A criminal case has to be heard in front of a jury, in which case - traffic matters are only heard by a judge.

I have jaywalked. If I got caught I'd pay the $10 fine. I would never commit murder. If you don't see a difference between these 2 crimes, you scare me.
