In this neck of the woods an Operation Vortex has been going on, involving unmarked traffic cars nabbing speeders and other motoring offenders. They've been doing a roaring trade. There are no quotas. |

The quota thing is like an old wives tail here in the states, but it was, at one point (and maybe insome places still) true... so you never know, we are sort of ahead of the curve with things compared to you guys... ;-)
