Umm are you serious? burning down peoples houses is not funny in any way its very serious. And of course the police have right to arrest you and your frineds it's called arson, not only that someone could wind up injured or 6 feet under.

Uuuhhh I so seriously hope that this is a joke. Either way yes its illegal cuz if your house gets set on fire then the police and the fire department have to go out there and help you geniuses put it out and its a waste of their time and taxpayer's money.
Hey I got a great idea instead of setting a house on fire go drink an entire bottle of hot sauce then you can have something burning like your as*hole when it comes back out.

Well, I don't want to jam up on your fun, but I think the police just want everyone to stay safe. Maybe every year build up a little house near the park or something and burn that down instead. The police are just making sure that your neighbors stay safe to. So maybe build something and burn that down instead. I know that it's much better than going to jail!

are you friggen serious?? you would actually burn down your own home? well, coming from someone who's house did burn down 3 years ago on xmas eve, i think you guys are totally crazy! fire is not a thing to play around with....you all must have tons of money to do this too. sheesh i can't even believe this, i don't know if i do. i mean i guess do what you will with what is yours but, anything could happen, what if the house next to yours happens to catch on fire from your burning house...stuff like that is what the police are worried about i am sure. this just sounds crazy to me...you need to ask a lawyer to find out for sure if the cops can really arrest you for this....i am in complete shock that anyone would purposely burn down their own home!! did you pay for this house...how old are you? if you don't mind my asking...i just can't even get over this.

This is the strangest thing I've ever heard of... not to mention...what a waste of money! And, you're risking the fire spreading out of control. You're intentionally setting fire to something, and you're not consulting with the fire department about burn bans or high risks in your area?

well for one, you might want to include some periods. but anyway,sometimes things that are in your home have chemicals inside them.sometimes thoses chemicals are so dangerous that if your house does get burned down, they would mix with the smoke, and produce an even worse smoke, and could cause harm to those who inhale it. and also the fire could spread to other houses. so i think it makes perfect sense.(NOT!!!) try doing something different, something less harmful.

What you are doing is arson which is a felony and is punishable by up to a 10 year prison term depending on how serious it was.
