I'm so scared..And sad.Someone in my family (I just don't feel like saying who. Dx) Might go to Jail because anonyomous. o-o. Didn't go to school for more than 3 days in a row..And i' mgonna miss 'Anonyomous" Annoying me. ))): Anonyomous is only 11.But,would young ones get "locked up" and wear a Jumpsuit and be put in jail?Or will they have to talk to the police,or something.. Thankyousomuchforansweringthis. :)

You won't go to jail if you only missing 3 days. If you miss a certain number of days (each school district is different) that are not excused, then you and your parents have to go to court for truancy. Parents are held accountable for their child not going to school. Parents are the ones that can go to jail and kids are put in the juvenile system. |

No the PARENTS would be the ones arrested and the kid put in foster care. |

No. All it would take is a phone call from the parents saying the kid was sick. Now, two weeks might require a doctor's note, but not three days. |
