I did, but when I changed over to cds my 80s music mostly stayed on lp and never got replaced. My police records went to a yard sale about 10 years ago and never came back. |

Yes and no.
I had a police record, but I paid an attorney to have it expunged. Meaning -- I can sit in a court room under oath and say I was never arrested, charged, or convicted of any crime and I would not be lying.
However, traffic records do not apply. So, I have been charged and convicted of DWI, DUI, and OVI (all alcohol related traffic charges).
The next alcohol related traffic charge in the next 6 years would result in my being charged with a felony. |

this question would be better asked in third part - ie do you know a friend with a police record, so people would answer more honestly.
'my friend' that may be me has no police record. But was accused of a serious crime, and has been raided. The crime is too bad to say on yahoo answers.
Another friend was in regular contact with a school caretaker in scotland who murded some children and killed himself.
but I do have 2 speeding fines - that really gets to me.
