I got an out of state parking ticket in NYC with a rental car, is there anyway the ticket can come back to me?

Our department contacts the rental company. They have the choice of paying it themselves, or identifying the driver. If it goes to court, we request a copy of the contract.

It will be tracked back to you, one way or another!

The court will notify the rental company of the ticket. The company will either pay the ticket and then charge you for the ticket and a processing fee or give the court your information!

The ticket will be paid, you can be sure of that.

Take my advice, I dont need it.

Yes, pay your ticket. The company does keep records of who uses their vehicles and a license plate number search does show which company the cars belong to.
