i agree, i hate police who abuse their power. you might of seen that cop on inside edition today at 6:00... ya, he was trying to interrogate this lady and she was rebelling. then he cuffed her and sat her down. he then put something infront of the camera and moments late, the women had 2 swollen eyes and there was a whole pool of blood on the floor! and he told her to lay down and he walked out of the room. she was still alive, and she suied him. but the rest of the cops that do their job right i have no problem with them

I agree with you. I recently watched a show on W5 about police officers abusing their power. It showed some officers physically hitting people, and it even showed one officer that looked around to see if anyone was looking before he started to bang a person on the car. Little did he know he was being video taped. It disgusts me that people who are suppose to "protect" the general public are the ones that are the harmful ones. What pissed me off most was that these cops were suspended WITH pay. WTF is that... the evidence is there that they assaulted ppl but they got their regular pay while being suspended doing nothing. DISGUSTING.

Speaking from experience, I know there are lying cops who have /will get on the stand in the court room and lie to the Judge. Thank God, my Judge was not a Smuck! God Bless him!

Don't much care for them. I'd much rather rely on myself or friends in time of trouble. They're generally useful for writing up reports and dealing with the average low life, but that's about it.

I respect the fact that the cops risk their lives every time they answer a call. Not all of them are power control freaks. Please don't lump them all together.

i like most because they help you and protect you in need of emergancey but i hate the ones that use there lights to jump trafic lights and jump the que in the band etc.

I worked in law enforcement as a dispatcher. The job draws that kind to it, but most I've known are really amazing people who are brave and decent.

hate is too strong a word,there are good and bad in all jobs and yes,there are thos who will abuse their power but on the whole i support them

As an officer I like most of my colleagues.

As an officer, I am probably in a position to hate the corrupt ones more than most of you whiners.

As an officer, I would like people to understand that videos of cops acting badly is always going to be more interesting than cops doing their job and being respectful. Just because the latter doesn't make it on your messiah YouTube doesn't mean it doesn't exist.
