Get alcohol under control first then maybe another drug can be legalized. |

With current research trends refuting its medical necessity, most likely not. |

It IS legal, but 'prohibited' by a corrupt Federal body politic which profits from defying the will of the people, which creates the profit of "drug war" funding, which is very addicting, therefor inspiring the continuing 'failure', for 'victory' would mean the end of their jobs. The energy from waste paper alone would solve all our so-called dependency problems on oil and nuclear energy, so vested industrial interests lobby to prevent hemp, as well as cannabis, from replacing and supplanting almost all our short term answers with renewable fuel, fibre, paper, phamaceuticals, etc. A more appropriate question is "How long before the corrupt prohibitionists stop highjacking everyones' future, freedom, and quality of life for the profit of the 'status quo', and we act knowing that the only real law is that in peoples' hearts? My cancer fight was won thanks to cannabis. It is legal INVERSELY PROPORTIONATE to your surrender to the logic of political correctness, lack of compassion, and tolerance for torture. |

Never, it has the chance of being decriminalized like alcohol and tobacco are. |

Marijuana has always been legal. Read the Ninth Amendment. Just because the District of Corruption says otherwise, doesn't make it so. In order to ban alcohol, a Constitutional Amendment was needed. In order to ban marijuana, the same is needed. |

Someday it may be decriminalized, but probably not legalized....that would be admitting they were wrong.
Not only was it legal, the government actually PAID people to grow it and made a short propaganda film called "Hemp For Victory" about the need for more hemp to help win the war. |

I think it should be. It kills lots less people then alcohol. Drunk drivers kill many people not marijuana. Now as far as the laws they don't care about all that stuff they just care about money. Taxes would make a big profit for the government. Hmmmm we will see. |

You never know. Maybe.. Maybe not. In some places, its tottaly ok! But i don't think it will.. i mean do you know whats in that stuff? Why you wanna do it? Please dont! Drugs are bad and will screw your life up. Dont do em, there stupid and not good for you. But i mean go ahead, do it, and lets see what you'll look like, be like, and what your life is ganna be like. Thats why, it wont be. I hope not.. like how people shouldnt have rocket launchers.. not a good idea. Kinda like this thing how it relates to it.Marijuana has always been legal. Read the Ninth Amendment. Just because the District of Corruption says otherwise, doesn't make it so. In order to ban alcohol, a Constitutional Amendment was needed. In order to ban marijuana, the same is needed. So.. i hope not,, and if your ganna do it,, go somewere were its not illegal. But dont do it. But i mean common..It kills lots less people then alcohol. Drunk drivers kill many people not marijuana. Now as far as the laws they don't care about all that stuff they just care about money. Taxes would make a big profit for the government. Hmmmm we will see. But still... good point.. theres alot of pluses, and minuses. Hmmmm... |

Possibly, but what idiot would want to sell it? If its legalized then users can sue for damages just like cigarette smokers are suing the tobacco companies. It doesn't matter if you think its innocuous, its a litigation party waiting to happen. |
