No I don't. If the government has the right to keep taxing us to death and keep up in poor cities than we should have the right to defend ourselves with the same damn weapons as the fool who is kicking in my front door!

No, but using them on another person should be considered "assault with a deadly weapon".

Possessing them is not the problem, using them on other people is.

it would be really stupid but unfortunately they only serve one purpose. To hit people with and if you hit someone with them then you will be committing aggravated battery because it is not just your fist anymore. They could very well do it if they wanted to for that very fact but it would be so stupid.
