My husbands license was suspended in CA because the judge was mad at the person that went up before him so can he register to vote to be a citizen of WA to try and get his license back or can he schedule another apperance in front of a judge from this state to try and get it changed???

To answer your question, yes they do share information. But if Washington issues him a license for Washington, then that's up to them (I've seen it before). Just know that having a Washington license means nothing if you are driving inside the state of California and your California license is suspended. It is still a misdemeanor for driving when your CA License is suspended. |

All states and counties for the most part have some sort of access to NCIC (National Crime Information Center) It's an electronic criminal database. So to answer your question it might take a little longer for them to get the information, but they will get it. Most states cooperate. |
