Any ways my question is my friend wants to go visit nogales!I am not sure if its in arizona or mexico. But she wants to go there to see a doctor & get some hydrocodone, oxycodone or whatever pills she can get cause apparently she says they are cheaper over there. I wasn't aware that there was a nogales in arizona & in mexico. First off isn't that illegal to go into mexico & get pills!2nd off i thought a person needs to have a pass port to get into mexico!Please help me out with my questions thanks.

There is a Nogales Arizona and a Nogales, Mexico and yes your friend does need a passport to go to mexico legally. In the US, it is illegal to possess those drugs without a prescription regardless where she buys them. If caught, your friend is looking at charges of possession, transporting, and potentially distribution depending on the amount. An arrest at the border makes it federal. So you, oh I mean your friend, better think about consequences!

Nogales is in Mexico. You have to cross the border to enter Nogales. Yes it is illegal to buy those drugs without a perscription anywhere. |
