Does anyone know what the contact lense prescription - 4.50 translates to in terms of 6/12 6/36 etc?

I am in the application process for the met police but am unsure if i meet the eyesight requirements. i need to have 6/36 in either eye. my contact lense prescription is -4.50 in both eyes?

The contact lens prescription will not tell the examining person what You can see .
So you will need an eye examination.
check with your optician.
