I got a minor in consumption, and I was wondering, does my school get notified about that. would people know or do they just get the paperwork?
Do they get notified when i got arrested, or after i go to court and get convicted.?

I'm not in Texas, but generally juvenile crimes are not public record. Unless it's a felony, then you only have to be 16. However, there is much information that schools can get...but I doubt many schools would be bored enough to just check into your criminal record, and I highly doubt that the courts would want to waste more time and paper just to let your principal know you were drinking. It's fairly common knowledge in my state that there are a lot of underage drinkers.
I'm guessing the only way your school would find out is if one of your teachers or something had to take their kid to court the same day... |
