Probably not, but when a person is as mentaly unsound as the people that commit these kinds of crimes they probably don't take the time to read the warning signs. The self inflicted suicides really shows they have no intention of surviving the ordeal to start with. |

Ya, um, taking away guns just leaves people defenseless so that other people can use guns on them. I would be very interested to know what else was going on in the world today that got covered up by the school shooting media coverage. Its all angering. |

No gun zones lull people into a false sense of security. They think that if you eliminate guns from an area it makes them safe. All it does is let wackos walk around killing at will, knowing that anyone who might know how to defend themselves with a gun is unable to. Conceal carry laws are the answer to these massacres. Teach people to defend themselves, because the PC way isn't working. We're turning into a nation of cattle that are more than willing to sit idly by while a sicko kills them. |

Odds are you will be shot with your own weapon than you will be using it to defend yourself.
That being said... I think a criminal will be a criminal, weapon or not. They will make a weapon if they wish to use them bad enough (Also today in the news, woman killed with meat cleaver). You can't outlaw everything that could potentially kill someone or we would live in bubblewrap houses and use paper cutlery. (Nevermind... papercuts!) |

That's crazy there's a reason they have concealed weapons laws. People get accidentally shot by careless gun owners that drop them. I know you won't agree, but the 2nd amendment says guns are important to have a militia, which in today's context is the national guard. |

what we need is a law that bans the ownership of fully automtic assault rifle, there is no reason for a private citizen to own one unles they are a liscenced gun collector then they would keep it locked up

Banning guns does not violate the constitution, because the constitution only gives you the right to OWN a gun - not carry it around. Remember, people can defend themselves as long as it's within the corporate rights. For example, you wouldn't want students all over a school waving guns around, would you? They'd probably kill a teacher if she/he shouted or punished them. It's pretty obvious, really. |

Prisons are full of people that just had to have a gun, I had a 4 year old neighbor girl killed in her bed while she slept because we have to have guns as a "constitutional right" shove your gun rights up your ****...yeah we need guns....idiot!
