Does security constantly watch CCTV and monitor who comes into a shop? (Like in Primark)?

I was banned from Primark a week ago for shoplifting, if I went in tomorrow to buy about 6 items would I be caught and charged? I know what I want so it's not like I'll loiter in there.

Every business has their own criteria for watching the cameras.
In some stores no one watches the cameras, they just record and in case of a robbery the tapes can be reviewed.
In other stores they watch only a few cameras, the others are just to intimidate.
In still other stores they watch all of the cameras on small monitors and bring up the images on the larger monitors when they see something.
If you were banned from the store for shoplifting, then they have your photo on the wall next to the monitors. If the store you enter has constant monitoring, then they will see you, recognize you, and arrest you for trespassing. The only way to know for sure is to go into the store, thus breaking the law and chancing being arrested. Why not shop somewhere else? |

You never know when they are watching--that's the fun of the whole thing.
Ignore the ban and go for it.,
The worst that could happen is that you wind up in the clink and they bring charges based on the first video too.
