The under-18 driver is driving illegally. Under Canadian law (I don't know how it is in the U.S.) when you pass your driver's test you have a probationary license. You can't drive at night or with more than one passenger until you "graduate" to the full license which can take a year.

as long as u (the driver) are not under the influence and do not have any alcohol in your car.. you cant get in trouble for ****.. they can be in trouble for either a:minor in possession (even thou it is in their stomachs they can still get in ****.. my friends have) or b. underage drinking
