I had my first driving while suspended 6 months ago and was put on court supervision. I got pulled over again while on supervision and my license was suspended because i had failed to pay my SR22 insurance on time. What am I looking at in terms of fines and penalties?

If you owned the vehicle, you could be required to forfeit the plates until your new probation is over. You could also be ordered into home detention and made to pay for the ankle bracelet and monitoring. Second offense is going to carry some heavy fines and possible jail time. |
