Early release if you become a victim in jail?

There are many rumors about rapes in jail. Can a peaceful inmate who gets raped in jail be released from jail earlier because he got punished more than those who just served their time in jail?

Not likely.

Early release/parole, won't happen because someone had a rough time in jail or didn't get along with the other inmates. What the prison will do is put the person in a separate cell, or different wing/lesser security section holding inmates that did less serious crimes or transfer the person to another facility. Otherwise the person should stay in their cell for the remainder of their prison term. Also the prison guards watch out for those things too, it's not like in the movies.
