End of Probation in Michigan?

My Probation in Michigan is over, how does the end part work does the judge just send papers in the mail,or do I have to see him one more time? Any help would be really grateful. Im looking to be moving out of state but wont if I have to see the judge one more time?

In most states all probation basically works the same. You have to be signed out by your probation officer and all fines and restitution have to be paid off or your probation will continue until it is. You usually do not have to go in front of he judge again.

Contact your PO. Every jurisdiction is different. In my county, we issue no paperwork indicating that a person has successfully completed probation.

contact your Probation officer or the head of the probation department, and inquire as to the status of your probation.

Congratulations for a successful completion, you are one of a few to make it.
Many states issue a certificate or completion of program to be put into your record file keep a copy for future references such as voting, weapons which many states give back to you once your done with probation or parole.
